TREND ALERT : Are you with it ?
Remember when it was so dreadful to wear socks with shoes ? At one point in time, you wouldn't be caught DEAD wearing socks with your shoes ! Well ladies, prepare to EAT your words because one of the Fall 2011 shoe trends is to wear them with SOCKS !!!! Celebrities like Rihanna and Sarah Jessica Parker, who are both infamous style icons, have been seen numerous times rocking the sock trend ! This trend has been seen all over the runways as well ! I have to admit, I do LOVE this trend. It's so Vintage but Chic !
Whether you are wearing a pump, booties or even ballerina flats, the sock trend can apply to all of these shoe types ! Don't be afraid to mix colors either; most out of the hottest looks come from mixing ! Play with neutrals and bold colors ! Everything doesn't have to match; it just has to "go".

How to Wear your Socks :
1. With Flat Boots !! I love how Miley Cyrus wears her Over-the-knee socks with her flat boots ! If you want to get even more edgy, where a pair of mesh tights and slouch the socks down to your ankle !
2. Mix Colors ! Wear a pair of bold blue mid-calf length socks with a pair of brown lace-up booties ! I LOVE this ! So Electrifying but subtle !
3. Layer them ! Get 2 or more socks, layer them and wear them with
booties, pumps or flat boots !
